 Política de Reserva y Cancelación: Requerimos el monto completo de la clase para reservar su cupo. La clase empieza puntual. Es responsabilidad del cliente estar anuente de la hora y la fecha de la clase. No ofrecemos crédito ni reembolsos por una ausencia en la clase, no hay excepciones. Lo mismo aplica para las clases reagendadas después de cuarentena. Se puede enviar a un amigo(a) o familiar para cubrir una ausencia en la clase. Cancelaciones realizadas 10 días o menos antes de la clase resultará en el cobro completo de la misma. Si nos informan sobre una ausencia por lo menos 11 días antes de una clase podemos ofrecerles crédito hacia otra clase (válido por un año) -no se ofrecen reembolsos. Las clases se seguiran trabajando en equipos de 2, estaremos aceptando menos personas por clase para poder cumplir el distanciamiento social. 

Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar la clase si no llegamos al mínimo de cupos requeridos para abrirla. De ser así les dejaremos saber con 6 días de anticipación y se les devolverá el dinero. 

Reservation and Cancellation Policy: We require the full amount in order to reserve your spot. The class starts on time. It’s the client’s responsibility to be aware of the date and time of the class. We do not offer credit or return money for a missed class, there are no exceptions. The same goes for classes scheduled after quarantine. You are more than welcome to send a family member or friend to replace your spot in the class if you were to miss it. Cancellations made 10 days or less before a class will result in the complete charge of the class. If you inform us of a cancellation 11 days or more before a class we can offer you credit towards another class (valid for 1 year)- refunds are not offered. 

We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not reach the minimum number of clients required to open it. If that happens, we will give you a 6 days heads up and return your money in full.
